He not only fixed the pipe that was actively leaking (pic on the left) but also took the time to replace other sections that could cause problems in the future (right pic is after replacement). Or shower ended up being more work than he had originally anticipated, but he kept at it and got it done, and did not change his original estimate for cost (even though we did pay him more because he did such a great job). Ask alot of questions so you will know exactly what the contractor is doing and how they are doing it.
