- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally I charge a flat rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with all new clients personally. I do not like to pass my clients off to paralegals or other staff, even after the initial meeting. I will be the attorney representing you at the court hearing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years of experience and have filed close to 10,000 cases in my career.
