My family and I woke up to no heat yesterday morning, I inputted an initial request around 7:30am for assistance on Thumbtack, and Davon with Smart Thinking Repairs responded by 7:45am. We chatted about my issue, I provided videos, and Davon provided a window of time that he'd arrive to provide a diagnostic, which 11am-noon
