Duane did a great job repairing a cracked screen on my iPad. I also asked him to replace the screen on my phone and he was honest and told me it was not the screen that was cracked but the screen saver.

My expericence has been nothing but positive. The expert tried to assist with my XR another person had worked on, My phone had to go to Apple store. Just his 1st impression was enough to do business. I cracked my loaner phone yesterday I reached out to Irepair he was here in 20 mins!! Now my phone is back up and running!! Thank You so much

I cracked my ipad and needed information from it to complete work. After contacting him for service he made it to my location and was able to have my ipad back up and running within less than an hour. It Works great and looks great. I was so pleased with his service I got him to repair my daughters iphone as well.

I don’t know what to say. I don’t ever write reviews, but If you ask me if I would ever use their service again? It’s a big No. I had an Ipad screen crack that was I hoping to get fixed. Since they had the best price I decided to go with them but I really regret it. Reasons: 1. The workmanship was so poor. The first time I went to pick it up, the home button did not function and there was glue residue in the inside of the screen. I kindly asked him to take it back and he offered to fix it again. The second time (after 2 days), the home button works, but now touch ID is non functional! Plus there was still dust/hair residue inside the screen again!! 2. Sketchy meet up. Maybe its because of Covid but In order to meet the client, we met up at a parking lot and performed our transaction there. 3. Customer Service. It’s really hard to get a hold of him through phone or texting and he was 1 hour late to drop off the ipad. One plus, is he was willing to provide a discount for all the inconvenience. But still, getting a broken touch ID is not worth it even if it was done for free. I really hope it works out for him. But im sorry I can not recommend this service.

The glue residue was just from plastic factory protective covering that i left on until delivery since his work schedule prevented him from meeting in a regular place during regular hours. The light Adhesive easily wiped off. The only issues with communicating was due to customers work and his unavailability for calls during meetings and odd hours. There was no sketchy meetup, In an attempt to accommodate this customers work schedule I offered to meet him after as he was in an emergency situation and needed it before he left the country. it's as if trying to be to flexible and go out of the way to help him out backfired and according to his review, makes it look like I'm at fault. As far as the ho.e button he wasn't the original user so that's why the touch I'd didn't work.
