I'll start by saying I should have done before and after pictures to show the difference. He showed up on time, ready to rock. The estimate was off by $100 as I forgot to include a small hallway and what I counted as 2 rooms he counted as 3, which accounts for the additional cost.
As for the service, it was superb! My floors look like new again and my house looks brighter. More importantly, my wife was pleased with the work, and she is never satisfied, lol. Definitely recommend him for great carpet cleaning work.

We bought an older home and have a number of items to fix. We decided on Lux Duct and are very happy with the work, which was put a new latch on the attic pull down door, fix 2 doors that wouldn't close, close up an open area behind the bathroom plumbing, fix the front and side door plates. The front door plate had an issue with the door closing tightly and Lux duct came right back out and got it right. We are definitely using them again and again.

LuxDucts did an amazing job cleaning our vents. We've been in our home for 5 years and we had never had the HVAC vents cleaned beyond a Swiffer.
