FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing starts at $275.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am in the field most of the time. The best way to contact me is via text message (I only typically use Thumbtack for leads and am often too busy to check the app throughout the day). ...or just pick up the phone to call me! Advice is always free : )
Please include you name, address, short description and some photos (current or proposed) and I can reply as soon as I get back to the office with pricing and scheduling availability (except for time sensitive projects/existing customers, I typically book 7-14 days in advance). With a few exceptions, my service area includes a 50-75 mile radius of NW Baltimore. DC/NOVA included.

Note: Thumbtack uses some sophisticated math (which often changes) to determine how much to charge professionals for each Thumbtack lead - (from $6.00-$75.00/each) so many busy professionals (like me) opt to weigh the cost/benefit of replying to potential customers. In a nutshell, any contractor reply will trigger the lead to be charged so it is not cost effective to reply to all customers via Thumbtack.
For example, I am much more likely to respond to a customer who has contacted me specifically/solely based upon my professionalism/integrity (reviews and photos help) than one who may prefer to hire a professional based primarily on price and may be collecting several bids prior to speaking with me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
