Mr. Wilson gave an excellent analysis pertaining to all the problems associated with the property. He explained each problem step by step and stated which one should be addressed first. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mr. Wilson for future home inspections. His knowledge and professionalism is Outstanding.

Inspector showed up ready to start. Found problems that aided in my decision to no longer purchase the home. His inspection results saved me from making a bad decision! I will be using this company again and I would definitely recommend using them! Very good cost for excellent service!

Extremely thorough in his evaluation of a home we’re lookin to purchase. Answered my husbands questions and concerns over details. Provided an excellent detailed report with feedback on concerns that needed immediate attention that were not visible at first sight. Adjusted his schedule to accommodate our timeline.
