- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to visit the home and assess the project. From there we offer a set price for the entire project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Julie ran a home remodeling business and has over 12 years experience working with customers. She's the author of the book Ready for Market where she describes best practices for getting homes ready for sale. Carlos worked in the landscaping industry for many years before he met Julie and started his own business. We both took the Master Gardener training from University of Maryland Extension Service in 2020.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Carlos worked for many years in the landscape industry and had a local lawn business when he met Julie. Julie was a remodeling contractor with experience running contracting business and a background in design.
