Carlos and his team, from start to finish, were top-notch. They captured everything that we wanted and more. Their attention to detail was exceptional and their work is clean. First, in order to fully appreciate this review, you would need a before picture of my rock filled, weed infested, overgrown flowerbeds. Carlos and company exceeded my expectations at a reasonable cost. The paint on my shutters was peeling and shutter needed a repair. The post on the posrch was loose. Other contractors tried to talk me into expensive replacements. They sanded the flaking paint on the porch and shutters, secured the post and revitalized the flowerbeds. The value added in terms of curb appeal, far exceeds the cost. I highly recommend this company.

This gentleman 🙋♂️Carlos came to my son's house and did cosmetic surgery to the front lawn. Carlos took away all the dead limbs that fell down and all the brown leaves. He also cut the grass and did really neat edging. He came a few days before the wintertime season. Now the front of house looks like Hollywood.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to visit the home and assess the project. From there we offer a set price for the entire project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Julie ran a home remodeling business and has over 12 years experience working with customers. She's the author of the book Ready for Market where she describes best practices for getting homes ready for sale. Carlos worked in the landscaping industry for many years before he met Julie and started his own business. We both took the Master Gardener training from University of Maryland Extension Service in 2020.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Carlos worked for many years in the landscape industry and had a local lawn business when he met Julie. Julie was a remodeling contractor with experience running contracting business and a background in design.
