I attended the two day self defense class. It was not only informative but extremely fun. I left the class with a lot of tools that have equipped me for self protection as a single woman . I can’t wait to attend the next event by Greater Quest.

This training experience designed just right for women of all ages. It gives the necessary education and fundamental tools needed to be safe. I enjoyed the class and plan to attend again!
