Jerry was very honest in his assessment of our water damage. He was punctual, polite and gave great advice. He advised that our issue didn't require Eco Pro, but in the future if we have an emergency, he's the first person I'd call.

We always use Xactimate. That's the same as the insurance companies use.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Keeping them calm is key, as long as no one was hurt during the damage/loss it can always be replaced or even salvaged.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are locally family owned business and have our certified papers to prove it.
