Jerry came out on a last minute request to inspect some water damage in our home and was able to quickly identify the likely source of the problem. We received the inspection report just 4 hours after the inspection was completed—the timeliness and was much appreciated!

I called other companies and they quoted nearly a thousand without coming out to make a proper assessment. Eco Restoration came out promptly and were very honest with me with the quote. It was not as major as what the other company was trying to push me to believe. Eco Restoration chose ethics and customer service over money. I cannot thank them enough and if I am ever in need, I will call them again. They are your best bet.

I had a leak in my basement that left more puddles than I could easily clean up myself. Jeff from Eco Pro vacuumed up the water and treat the area with an antimicrobial product. I appreciated that they provided the service the same day I called and did the work at a reasonable price.

This company is OUTSTANDING! I cannot recommend them enough! We were devastated when another company told us it would take $2,400 to tear down a section of wall with mold on it. Eco Pro came in, used sensors, and showed us the mold on the entire ceiling, not just that one wall. They offered a quote, but also told us we could do it ourselves. They were very thorough, honest, and pleasant. We are thrilled that we called them and will use them for all future mold issues and/or duct work!! Thank you, Eco Pro!!!

We always use Xactimate. That's the same as the insurance companies use.

Keeping them calm is key, as long as no one was hurt during the damage/loss it can always be replaced or even salvaged.
