The company responded to my inquiry quickly, scheduled an appointment, provided a thorough review of the areas with mold, and remediated the mold effectively. The bathrooms and the basement from which mold was removed look so much better now. The price was fair--especially when compared to another bid I received that was considerably higher.

Jeff did a very good job. Before and after photos are attached. He disposed of the contaminated part of the ceiling. He repaired the ceiling and repainted it. He cleaned up very well. I highly recommend Eco Pro and would hire them again.

They scheduled an appointment right away. When they came, I was relieved to hear that the situation was not as dire as I had imagined. They told me the mold that I did have was just surface mold that could be removed easily with mold paint. They even did an inspection around the home to show me where the extra moisture was coming in and advised me on how I could correct the problem on my own without having to pay for their services.

    We always use Xactimate. That's the same as the insurance companies use.

    Keeping them calm is key, as long as no one was hurt during the damage/loss it can always be replaced or even salvaged.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    We are locally family owned business and have our certified papers to prove it.
