Chef Evan is receiving a 1 star only because you can't review with a negative or zero stars. Mr. Freeman responded with a quote which we accepted and confirmed the menu. Mr. Freeman's communication, at best, is slow. The evening Mr. Freeman is supposed to cook for our small party of friends - he is a NO CALL and NO SHOW. Several Texts, phone calls, and emails with no acknowledgment or turning up for the booking he accepted. Unfortunately, Mr. Freeman has read receipts so we know he read his texts. His lack of professionalism and common courtesy will certainly ruin your event as it did ours. Feel free to contact me for more information.
