When your husband with a clean record gets a DUI, a long list of charges, high fines and possible jail time, you want to talk to a professional. We called around and some of the costs being charged by some law offices were exorbitant. We were shocked! Luckily we found Hillel Traub on Thumbtack. He listened to the facts, gave sound advice, and didn’t try to empty out our daughter’s college fund. We met with him several times and he was personable and professional. Every case is different. So, while there are general guidelines for fees, each case dictates how fees are determined. Personal injury cases are on a contingency fee basis: I only get pad if you get paid.
