- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every case is different. So, while there are general guidelines for fees, each case dictates how fees are determined. Personal injury cases are on a contingency fee basis: I only get pad if you get paid.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I personally consult with each client to determine how best to service their current needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law. I have been trained as a mediator and served in the Courts of Maryland in that capacity.
