- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our prices are determined by the size of your home and how long it is estimated to take to complete the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Communication is key when working with any customer, whether they're new or regular.So, we always call the customer as soon as possible. We verify the deal that the customer has purchased, and we work out a time and date to schedule their service. When we arrive to your residence, we do a walk-through so we can take a look around, and so the customer can show us exactly what they would like us to do, and point out any specific areas of concern. We give the customer a packet that contains an overview of our company, a list of our services as well as what we do and what we don't do. When we have completed the service, we have the customer do a final walk-through so that the customer can take a look around and make sure that everything looks great, and that we had not missed anything. We then leave an estimate and if the customer wants to continue service we schedule their next cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?The owner of HD Cleaning has twenty one years of experience in the cleaning industry. So all of the employees have many years of experience going into their training.
