Michael replied to my initial inquiry on the same day. He quickly got an appointment scheduled and showed up on time. He understood my needs to mount the TV to the wall and all the nuances about cords, centering, and the surround sound system. Michael overcame the challenges of the particular mount that I purchased and had the right tools to do the job, including specially rated anchors for the drywall (as not all screws were able to go into the stud). The final product is fantastic, as can be seen from the photos. On top of that, he is a friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable professional who did what it took to get the job done without complaint. I would hire Michael again for future handyman projects.

He did a great job hanging our large, heavy mirror. We were perplexed about the hanging material that came with the mirror. He had a much better solution and provided all the materials at no charge. Very reasonable. Would definitely hire again.
