Mike Albarado strikes me as a genuinely nice and honest person. He replaced or installed 9 alarms of various types... smoke, smoke plus CO, CO only, and heat alarms in appropriate places. He did this at a fast clip. He was organized, punctual, professional, and capable, as well as responsive before during and after. He brought his soon-to-be-a-college student daughter along to assist and learn from him, which seemed at once helpful and touching.
