I had a great experience with KBK! They were professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable. The technician quickly identified a wiring issue with my AC and was able to fix it without trying to sell me a more expensive repair or replacement. He actually saved me money, which I really appreciated!
It’s refreshing to work with a company that is honest, efficient, and genuinely focused on helping the customer. My AC is working perfectly now, and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs HVAC service!
