- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I understand times are hard and I’m always willing to work with the customers. I charge a diagnostics fee but that fee is waived if they decide to proceed with the repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
So first I always like to keep open communication. I would typically come out and diagnose the problem if it’s something I can repair on-site I will with the customers permission if not than I would order parts if they choose to proceed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a high school graduate. I also went to school for architecture and drafting and I did a year of training in a build a tech program sponsored by Sears.
