- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My current hourly rate is $35.00. I am offering a 15% total discount for new clients for a limited time. My table is rented for $25.00, added to the final bill. I offer a courier service where I will purchase cocktail-related products for clients before the day of the event. This service will add the price of all products, plus a 25% charge, based on the total purchase price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each client receives world-class service with an introduction consultation either through email, phone or video call. I then collaborate with each client to work all details of drink choices, liquors, garnishes, logistics and more. My goal is to provide a professional and seamless experience for each customer. On the day of the event, I set up and organize all bar equipment and products. I then begin serving and familiarizing myself with all guests. I monitor drinking trends to provide a safe experience for each client. After the event ends, I clean up and organize all equipment and products to ensure easy repacking. The client pays me, and I leave. Afterwards, each client is encouraged to provide an honest review of the service.

I completed the professional bartending school course in Arlington, VA.
