💵 Service Rates $50/hour — flat rate Events under 2 hours include additional fees Rates reflect preparation time, event execution, and professional service—not just time behind the bar. 🚗 Travel & Drive Time $15 — 30–45 minutes $25 — 45–60 minutes $40 — 60–90 minutes Events beyond 90 minutes travel are not accepted Travel fees account for fuel, time, and setup logistics. 💻 Platform & Booking Fees Third-party platform fees (typically $15–$30) may apply per booking These are charged by the platform and are not retained as service income. 🧰 What’s Included Cooler 6ft x 3ft black-wrapped bar table Full bar tools and mixing equipment Custom cocktail menu (when requested) Organized, guest-friendly bar flow Alcohol is not provided, but detailed shopping lists are included to simplify preparation. 🔒 Deposits & Booking 25% non-refundable retainer required for all events Dates are not held without a confirmed retainer This ensures availability and protects preparation time. 📦 Optional Courier & Pre-Event Shopping Advance purchasing of cocktail-related items available Client pays item total + 25% service fee This service is best for clients who prefer a turnkey experience.
