I'm Jordyn Schettino (BFA, MA), a Dance Teaching Artist and the Founder & Director of The Movement Endeavor. With a BFA in Dance Performance and Choreography, a K-12 Dance Education Certification, and a Master's degree in Dance Education, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my teaching practice. My background in ballet, modern, jazz, and tap has expanded to include ballroom dance, thanks to my training with Arthur Murray. I specialize in providing personalized dance instruction for children, teens, and adults. After interviewing 3 dancers for private lesson for our daughter, we decided to go with Jordyn. She has been a wonderful ballet/pilate instructor to our daughter, and motivates her in positive ways. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer high quality instruction due to extensive experience and education. The Movement Endeavor offers In-Home and In-Studio lessons. In-Studio lessons include a studio rental fee. Please see gallery image for pricing table. Package pricing available, inquire for details. Cancelation Policy: Lessons canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the lesson cost. Lessons canceled within 3 hours of the scheduled lesson will be charged the full lesson cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Are you looking for In-Home or In-Studio lessons? In-Home: Instructor travels to you. In-Studio: Available at two locations: - 9908 S. Glen Rd. Potomac, MD 20854 - 1572 Whitehall Rd. Annapolis, MD 21409 It's your class! I am most interested in discovering what it is you're looking to get out of dance education. Whether it be training for a pre-collegiate dance program, engaging in a new hobby with no dance experience, seeking dance entertainment for a kids birthday party, or looking to spend more creative 1-on-1 time with your little one, you've come to the right place.
