In less than one hour, Paul assembled my new fan, removed the existing fan, and installed the new fan. He demonstrated how to use the fan remote control and asked if I had any questions. He boxed the old fan in the new fan box, picked up a few pieces debris and left. He was very professional, courteous and a nice person. I definitely would hire him again and brag about the outstanding job he did for me.
