Wow, what a Godsend John was to work with. I have been struggling with this piece of furniture for over 2 years. La Z Boy had sent parts ($200 out of my pocket) and a local repair guy. He wouldn't even touch the Recliner/Couch. John took the time, analyzed, tinkered, analyzed more, tried other stuff. He kept at it. Very tenacious problem solver. Exactly what I expected from La Z Boy tech (NOT). Insert lazy pun here. John was great. Love that he is the owner, veteran, and a responsible/accountable man. At the end of the hour, it was very inexpensive and John was able to save my 5 figure, 20+ year old furniture for less than a family dinner out. HIGHLY recommend him for your furniturerepair needs. I will certainly use him again.

John was fantastic and I will absolutely use him again. He saw the pictures of my project and gave me a reasonable, precise quote and confirmed a time quickly. He showed up when he said he would and did a great job handling my furniture with care and repairing what was broken.
He’s also just a lovely human. It was so great to work with him.

John was responsive, friendly to chat with, and professional the whole time.
I needed a chair leg fixed on my couch and he fixed it in less than 10 minutes, then I asked him to look at a different piece of furniture in my house and he fixed it on the spot too at a more-than-fair price.
Will definitely go to John again for any furniture related needs!
