I just recently hired Paniz Home Improvement to remodel my entire basement and I could not be happier with the work they did. It is a completely different beautiful basement now that my whole family will be able to enjoy for years and years to come. It is so beautiful and comfortable to be in now with the soft plush carpet that I am just overwhelmed with happiness. This also increased the value of our home a great deal.
They were also very professional about everything they did. They made sure they cleaned up everyday after finishing thier work both inside and outside the house.
In short, I can't say enough about them and the work they do and I recommend them to everyone one that needs any kind of home improvement or remodeling needs. You won't regret it.

Paniz home improvement finished the job that another contractor couldn't. I had a bathroom vanity put in, the molding around the hardwood floors was completed and painted. I am very happy with the work and it was completed within the time frame that was promised.

Hired on Thumbtack
Replaced rotted siding boards, chimney trim, applied calking, and painted new install boards as needed, to blend in with original siding.
Chris, was timely on his call backs, to me, on questions I had, made a reasonable quote for the work, verbally guaranteed, I would be satisfied before he left, and was on time on the day, to do the work, which was the day after I agreed on his price quote.
To start on my work, he came prepared with all the supplies. Finished the work one hour ahead of time.
Chris, calked(to waterproof) and painted a couple of other areas not really part of the work request, to better blend in with original siding at no extra charge to me.
Prior to finding Chris though Tumbtack, I searched other independent contractors, not through Thumbtack only to find they were hard to reach, and not good about returning calls, or even keeping a date and time to come look at the work I needed done.
I did speak with another contractor referred to me by Thumbtack who was very timely and polite, but troubled me, he would give a price quote without looking at the work to be done, which ,Chris did.
I believe Thumbtack makes a good effort to offer only qualified, reputable and honest contractors.
I find Thumbtack, Web site for submitting your work to be done request, being a senior, very easy and uncomplicated.
Also, upon a response from a contractor, you have his/their contact info, phone number, business name etc, so you deal directly with them.
For future work to be done on my home, I will call on Chris Mansour, and his company, Paniz Home Improvements LLC first. Thanks, Don
