Dan and team were awesome. Dan responded to my request within 2 hours and I had a quick need to get some things installed. He moved his team's schedule to accommodate my rush and offered great advice when we spoke. The team that did the work (in-ceiling Sonos speaker install, and TV re-hang) were extremely professional and did fantastic work. They made a few minor dings in the work, but I deeply appreciated their transparency and proactively providing a fair resolution. The less standard configuration of joists in-ceiling was likely more at issue then anything they could have done, but they nonetheless took responsibility for it. Pricing was very fair, work was great, and just a high integrity company. I won't hesitate to call them again when the need arises. They're great!

Dan was so helpful in diagnosing an issue with my wired speakers over the phone. He called me within 24 hours of submitting a request and gave me the detail on how much it would cost if he came for a home visit. He gave me tips on what to check for over the phone, so I didn’t even end up needing to book an appointment. Problem solved over the phone and cost me nothing! Will definitely use Dan in the future for other projects.
