Dan was incredible. We spoke over the phone and he walked me through the setup that was required without even seeing the system. He only knew I had a Samsung TV and Yamaha receiver. He got the audio to come out of the receiver and he helped get the video/audio back going through the receiver in HDMI 2 ARC. The problem was the HDMI cable wasn’t fully inserted into the receiver or is bad because when you move the receiver the HDMI connection is lost. I will contact Dan for all audio/video issues and will recommend his service to anyone in NOVA that needs his support. Dan, again thank you for all of your help

Dan was so helpful in diagnosing an issue with my wired speakers over the phone. He called me within 24 hours of submitting a request and gave me the detail on how much it would cost if he came for a home visit. He gave me tips on what to check for over the phone, so I didn’t even end up needing to book an appointment. Problem solved over the phone and cost me nothing!
