The cleaning service was great. However, I was given a window of 11a-12p and the cleaners didn’t arrive until 2p. I had to reschedule meetings because I didn’t know when they were showing but was told they were on their way. I’m giving 4 stars because the cleaning and crew were great, but I would have appreciated if they had explained to begin with that I was a second cleaning of the day, and they couldn’t guarantee an arrival time. That wasn’t explained until after the fact so it was frustrating waiting. I am booking with them again, but just an FYI if you don’t schedule them first in the morning.
