Sugarloaf did great quality work and took their time removing faceplates and taping everything. The crew did not speak much English but it wasn’t an issue because Claudia was promptly responsive. They finished the job more quickly than expected. Thanks Sugarloaf!

I was really impressed with the quality and professionalism of the team. Claudia is also very responsive and easy to communicate with. I was looking for someone who was licensed and insured and would provide an estimate in writing and they fit the bill. A huge plus was also getting to work with two women, which is so rare for this work, both the owner and the project manager for my job were women. My only real disappointment is that the team used the wrong paint finish for my job, despite it being clearly listed in the estimate. This was stressful at the time, but I believe this was an honest mistake, and they did all the right things to fix it. The job was estimated at 8-10 hours, if not for having to come back the next day with the correct finish, it would have been completed in just 5.
