Erin's work as a MUA is outstanding. She notified me that she arrived 30 minutes early and would wait until the appt time, which I thought was very considerate but I was able to start early. She assessed my outfit and verified the look I wanted to accomplish. I was completely happy with my final look and I received compliments all night on my makeup. I will definitely use her services again

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am a USAF veteran, so military services are ALWAYS priced accordingly. My pricing is varied depending on the service needed, number of people needing services, sometimes the age of the client can also determine the fee. I am competitive with my fees, especially for the tri state area.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From initial request and the decision to hire, there is communication via email or text regarding the details of the event. The time and date are blocked in my calendar, we decide together about any deposit, and I arrive on the date of service ready to work 😁
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained with Lancome and MAC. I have had courses with Tatiana Ward and AJ Crimson. I have also had the distinction here on this site as one of Thumbtack's Top Pros 2015, 2016 and 2017.
