- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices start from $280 for a local move and $1000 for a long-distance move. We offer a 5% military discount and also a cash payment discount. We have a two-hour minimum policy and travel time. Our regular rates are: - $120 per hour for two movers and a truck - $150 per hour for three movers and a truck - $190 for four movers and a truck Extra charges and fees. We charge an additional $100 for items over 120 pounds or the following items: treadmill, rowing machine, refrigerator, sport equipment, marble, armoire, extra heavy solid wood furniture, etc. An additional $250 for the piano and safes. Stairs: We charge an extra $75 for each floor above the second (3rd, 4th, etc.). We provide moving blankets and tape for all moving jobs. Additional packing materials are available upon the customer's request. We can use your packing materials or bring ours for an additional cost. You may find the price list for packing materials in our moving contract.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always describe all details of work and give a more accurate quote based on customer needs. We are treating customers with respect and following-up when we say we will. Additionally, we answering questions honestly, and setting expectations appropriately matters, too.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My guys complete background checks. And our training programs are based on customer feedback.
