I’m brand new to yoga and chose Corey as my instructor. She has been extremely supportive and challenges me in every session. Super funny and gives me a lot of information and insight to help me improve on a daily basis. I’ve been back several times and plan to continue due to her knowledge and flexibility! Great instructor!

Working with Corey has been the best investment in myself I have made!! Not only is Corey is professional and easy to work with but she is knowledgeable and very compassionate. I am in the middle of her 6month health coaching program currently and plan to do her online fitness/workout program when she releases it. Her approach is very balanced to both diet and exercise!! I believe in creating a customized journey for each of my clients. Customized service packages include Hypnosis, breathwork, life & business coaching, genetic blueprints for peak performance
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a consultation to get to know each other, and from here, I make recommendations based on the desired outcome.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Learning is never done. I work with my own set of mentors & coaches to ensure I am walking the walk. In addition to my daily personal practices, I continue to attend workshops, and trade shows and pursue new certifications.
