Joy is an amazing coach! She is thoughtful and intuitive. Her voice is calm and soothing; I always look forward to talking with her. She has a way of looking at situations from different sides and reflecting other possible perspectives or viewpoints. We started out by creating a values list and that grounded me in all of our coaching sessions. Joy was a joy to work with. She has a knack for fully listening to the situation and then creatively coming up with an approach that is uniquely tailored to the way you are wired. Through our talks she really got a grasp on what is valuable for me and therefore what would work best. She makes sure you are comfortable with her suggestions and works at your pace.
