- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Let's chat about your vision! To get started, we'll schedule a consultation to discuss your needs and pricing in detail. A 50% down payment is required to secure your Project. Once your Project is confirmed, Scribbly Productions will work closely with you to create a personalized session and deliver your final Project within 2 weeks, depending on the needs of the Project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Scribbly Productions believes in a collaborative approach. We'll start with a conversation to understand your vision and needs for your Project. From there, a detailed quote and estimated timeline will be provided. Once we agree on the scope you will sign a contract and make a down payment. Scribbly Productions will get started on your Project as soon as the down payment is received, with delivery varying depending on the needs of the Project (edits, length of content, etc.).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Scribbly Productions, our freelancers have a deep passion for visual storytelling and honed their skills through years of work. We have individuals who have graduated college with a BA video production and well as individuals who are proficient in Adobe. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality results.
