We were not pleased with the quality of the work that was done. We had the patching and paving done while we were away on vacation to allow for adequate time and free access to the driveway. We did not expect to come hoe to find the driveway bumpy and rough, crushed plants and that the surface was still transferring tar to shoes, balls and ultimately onto the floor in our house. When asked we tried to work with M.H. Stanley to resolve the problems, they denied that two of the issues were problems at all, but offered to pay for our plants. We now have to consider paying someone else to fix what they were supposed to have fixed. While they are nice, polite and offer a good price, we are not happy at all with their workmanship and would not recommend them to anyone. In the future it would be good if the Stanley's could take the concerns of their customers more seriously, and do better about honoring the agreements and instructions that are made in advance of and during the work being done.

Mr jones the sealer couldn't of tracked if I had walked on your concrete the day after, and it's a patch not a paved asphalt strip, I told your wife there's two ways of doing the patch saw cutting which could leave a seam/crack and be fairly more or just placing the asphalt over top the existing asphalt and that's what was chosen.
