We were very pleased with the service. He hauled away our dual power reclining couch, an old television and other various items my husband added to complete the load. I did not get to meet him in person, but my husband was very happy with him, his assistant and the service he provided. This in itself speaks volumes as my husband complains about everything. I was only able to pick 3 of the 5, but all were 5 star.
