We reached out to Eugene from GloRem for basement remodeling (hybrid kitchen/bar, flooring, lighting, and tv wall with fireplace and custom benches). We did our project in 2 phases, and are 100% satisfied with everything! Our projects always started on time, and were finished in a timely fashion! Working with Eugene and his crew was a very pleasant, stress-free experience. Eugene is incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to help. Eugene was always available to address any concerns, to make sure that we were happy with everything from start to finish.We will absolutely be using GloRem again for future renovations, and strongly recommend you reach out to Eugene if you are thinking about basement remodeling or any other home projects! We recently completed a full renovation of our previously unfinished basement with GloRem, and we could not be happier with the results. Eugene was the main contractor on the project, and he and his entire crew were friendly, prompt, clean, reliable, professional, hardworking, and extremely communicative from start to finish.They transformed our basement into a fully finished and functional space that includes a bedroom, bathroom, workout room, storage area, entertainment space, and a beautiful wet bar. The workmanship throughout was excellentLVP flooring throughout the main areas, rubber flooring and wood accent walls in the gym, tile in the bathroom, and a quartz countertop for the wet bar all came together seamlessly.Eugene used Buildertrend to manage change orders, allowances, and payments, which made the entire process very transparent and easy to follow. We interviewed several highly recommended local contractors before choosing GloRem, and we ultimately felt Eugene was the best fit for our project. He was very precise with the budget and set appropriate allowances for the bathroom and wet bar, which helped us stay within our original budget without surprises.We would highly recommend Eugene and GloRem to anyone considering a basement renovation or home improvement project. Exceptional experience from start to finish.

We are so happy with our finished basement, thanks to Eugene and GloRem! From the very beginning, they were incredibly flexible and accommodating when we had to delay our start date due to mold remediation. Once the project began, the work moved faster than expected and was completed in less time than we anticipated. Throughout the process, Eugene and his team were receptive to changes and requests, and always communicative, keeping us updated at every stage. The finished space looks fantastic, and we couldnt be more pleased with the end result. We highly recommend GloRem!

I highly recommend GloRem. Eugene and his crew remodeled our home’s entire basement. We started with an unfinished basement. Eugene and his team did an amazing job. From scratch, they completed lighting, put in a full bathroom, painted, installed carpet on stairs, created a half wall, put in beautiful vinyl flooring, installed new basement doors, created windowsills, installed sump pumps and water heater, electrical panels, etc. Through this entire process, Eugene AND his crew were highly professional, respectful, and VERY knowledgeable in what they were doing. From the get go, Eugene gave me a detailed estimate, which I appreciated. We sought quotes from 5 different companies, and we picked GloRem. GloRem seemed the most knowledgeable, and it was very clear that he had thought through all of the details of what we discussed regarding the scope of work. Other companies forgot to price out details. Eugene remembered to price out all of the details we discussed. He is detail oriented. Eugene worked with my husband and I and listened to our ideas. Eugene is highly communicative, and had excellent communication with my husband and I on a daily basis. We always knew that Eugene and his crew would be there each day, working. If we ever had a question, we would text or email Eugene, and he always texted or emailed right back (same day!!). Eugene and/or his crew were at our house each day, working. They really went the extra mile for us. For the heavy items that we ordered for our full bathroom, Eugene and his crew drove to Lowes to pick these up for us, and brought them back to our house. He made the process of finishing our basement stress-free, and we really trusted Eugene and his expertise. Eugene handled pulling all of the permits, arranged for all of the inspections with Howard County (we passed all inspections the first time around), and kept us informed of progress. Eugene did our entire job in 2 months, and the project did NOT drag out. Eugene’s electricians and plumbers were reliable, professional, and did an amazing job. Eugene would check daily and weekly on all of the details. When our basement was finished, the paint job on the walls was flawless. Multiple coats. Beautiful floors. Outstanding layout. Excellent workmanship. Amazing attention to detail. I am taking the time to write this review in appreciation for the work that Eugene did for my husband and I. We would highly recommend GloRem to anyone considering a basement remodel or for any other large construction project. We would absolutely hire GloRem and Eugene, again.
