Our project was a daunting one. Our house was a mess because housekeeping always takes a back seat to everything else. Calling it deep cleaning would be a big understatement. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices on here are not set in stone. I prefer to base my pricing off of the house and what needs to be done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I give a free estimate then schedule a date and time that works for the Cleaning. And then set them up for weekly biweekly or monthly cleaning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning house for several other cleaning company for over 10 years and my own company for 3.
