NICE GUY! BUT make sure you let him know what you have as “junk” up front. We agreed on one price over the phone BUT The price quickly changed once he saw what I needed him to remove from the property, AND he charges extra to haul away.

Ihims was very responsive. We had a solid very heavy solid iron table that we needed to go up a flight of stairs. He lifted it alone and took it up, we were in awe. He was very helpful not to touch our walls. He finished very quickly and was very careful. We were really impressed. He was also the lowest offer that we received so his rates are very competitive. We are very pleased. 5-star rating, no doubt! TY Ihims!!!
