Erick Noriega (and Armando) provided absolutely first-class service. This is a professional who is meticulous, courteous, responsive to any questions or concerns about the job at hand. He showed up on time, and my lawn is today the best-looking one on my street. He was very careful about edging around flower beds and did not damage any slate on my patio and sidewalk. He told me to address any complaints I had to him directly - I have none, and he gets the highest rating of any of the lawn services I have used in the past year.
