- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a fixed Service Trip Charge, labor prices vary based on the services needed (e.g. rekeys, repairs, installations, unlocks, etc.) Hardware prices may vary based on brand, type, etc. But all prices are quoted before any work is performed. For payments, we submit an invoice via email which includes a link for making payments. We accept cards, cash, check, cashapp, applepay, venmo, paypal and zelle.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with new customers is asking questions to identify the needed service or services and we then inform them ahead of time what the total cost of the job will be based on the information given by the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started locksmithing in 1988 after attending the New York School Of Locksmithing. I then went on to work for different companies throughout the past 33+ years. I have experience working in Residential, Commercial, Government and institutional facilities, working with both electronic and non-electronic locks and access control systems, exit devices, master key systems and more.
