We offer local moves, office moves, in/out of storage, pianos and overnight holds.

My family and I moved from an apartment to our first home and I could not be happier with the experience Gateway provided. The team lead gave me a call with their ETA and they were right on time. As soon as they arrived the crew got straight to work. They were able to move all of our big furniture from one location to the other and unload in 2.5 hours. Gateway moving did an excellent and efficient job of moving us last week. Nothing was damaged and the gentleman moving our things were very polite. Things that needed to be disassembled were reassemble without issue. We are very satisfied with the services received and would use them again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge based on how long a move actually takes. Our estimates are based on the information given by our customers. (inventory, locations, etc.) Packing materials used are an additional charge. (Moving blankets free to use) Any piece over 200lbs could have a heavy item fee.
No additional charges for disassembly/reassembly, first 3 flights of stairs and long carries. No credit card fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we gather a inventory of the items to be moved and then we give the quote. If the customer chooses to use us for their move, we take a $50 non-refundable deposit via card to secure their move date and time. Any remaining balance is due upon delivery on the day of their move.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our workers are professional movers who do this every day for a living. We do not hire day laborers. Our guys have been working in the moving business for many years.
