Beverly has been meal prepping and making tasty dishes for some time now! Her meals are perfect for my goals to trim this COVID-19 weight. I’ve lost 35 lbs in 4 months by eating these meal preps and exercising. She’s truly talented! She made a scrumptious cheesecake for my Thanksgiving cheat day it was a light fluffy creamy hit!!!
