Great service! We scheduled a same day appointment in about 5 minutes. He came in, began to troubleshoot the system after some time, I came back my pc was setup and running like a Ferrari. I would definitely recommend their services.

I had a great experience with OEN IT company. Their customer service was excellent, and I received a quick response to my request. When the technician arrived, he was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He helped set up my home workstation, printer, and WiFi for my work-from-home setup, and he was patient in answering all of my questions. Everything was completed smoothly and efficiently. I will definitely be using their services again and would highly recommend them to others!

Really happy with the service I received from OEN IT Services. They helped me repair my computer and set up my network, and everything was done quickly and professionally. The quality of their work was excellent, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. They were reliable, efficient, and easy to work with. Definitely recommend them!

The tech was on time and friendly but the price was different from what was shown on the website. He also waited until after the service to disclose the new price. The website said $65 once the service was complete the tech said $125 then said he thought we had discussed it. It felt intentionally misleading/predatory. He took off $25 as a “courtesy”. If the price was discussed prior it wouldn’t have been a problem. I don’t like feeling like someone is trying to take advantage of me especially once you’re in my home and I can’t back out of it.
