- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
-We have a $99.00 diagnostic fee for HVAC, plus the cost of repair which is quoted upfront before any work is performed. This ensures all parties know what to expect for the repair or replacement. + -We have a $40.00 diagnostic fee for plumbing, this allows the plumber enough time to see what's wrong, and quote an upfront price to fix the issue at hand. If the work is approved the $40.00 diagnostic fee is waived.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up the appointment giving a 3 hour window, We call 30 minutes prior to the technician coming out, and you are also notified via text and email. Once the technician arrives he will put on shoe covers, enter your home, and then ask to be taken to the issue at hand. They will then figure out the best course of action to fix the problem at hand, and then will provide an upfront quote to perform any work. If you give approval they will be able to stay to perform work, unless parts have to be ordered which we would schedule a return visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold a master license for plumbing, gas, and HVAC and all the technician have a journeyman license.
