We recently hired this contractor and his team to finish our basement, and we could not be happier with the results. From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, hardworking, and incredibly easy to work with.

Communication was excellent throughout the entire project. He kept us informed every step of the way, answered all of our questions promptly, and made tweaks and fixes along the way to meet our needs. The team showed up when they said they would, worked efficiently, and clearly took pride in their craftsmanship.

The basement exceeded our expectations. The quality of the work is outstanding, and the attention to detail really shows. On top of that, the pricing was very fair and provided great value for the quality of work we received.

We highly recommend him and his team to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled contractor. We will absolutely be using them again for future projects and look forward to working with them in the future.

Details: Residential • 1,001 - 1,500 sq. ft. • No, I will not be adding structural or weight-bearing features to my basement • No, I will not be modifying or adding living space to my basement • Already have plans - just need installation • Owner

Portillo's Home Remodeling did a fantastic job on our whole house renovation. Complete new kitchen, complete rebuild of existing bathrooms, built new 3rd bathroom, took down walls, turned three bedrooms into two, new flooring, complete finished basement. His work ethic and PATIENCE is outstanding, he accepted every change we made (and there were many) with a smile and a reassuring "I'm here to make you happy". His crew was always on time and they never missed a day. Absolutely no regrets hiring him for the huge project. No contractor nightmares you hear about. Santos and his team were extremely easy to work with. His pricing was more than fair and he beat every estimate we had. I highly recommend and would hire again without hesitation.

Details: Multiple room remodel • Kitchen • Living room • Bathroom • Deck or porch • No existing plans - need design suggestions • No, the project is not covered by an insurance claim • Within the next 3 months
