Steve arrived right on time, after texting that he was on the way. We considered repairing my garbage disposal (Badger 100 model) (jammed by steel screw against the wall of disposal chamber). Given the model was 8-10 years old, I opted to replace the unit. Steve alerted me someone used different sizes of PVC pipes on the discharge assembly in the past. Steve ran to Home Depot for the right replacement parts, removed the old unit, secured the new unit, tested the unit w/ water, confirming no leaks, then tested the cutting capacity of the new unit. Thorough, obviously competent, and very pleasant. I will use him again, without hesitation.

The tough task for him to put the fancy Naroume Smart light with the old fluorescent light. And the wires were in the incorrect location but he was able to complete the task less than an hour. I will ask him to do other tasks. Also very low reasonable cost of labor.
