Introduction: I am a Maryland State-licensed home inspector and provide a comprehensive home inspection report after an extensive inspection. My services are most often sought by buyers for real estate transactions in greater Baltimore and surrounding Counties.
As a Certified member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), my experience comes from 30 years of hands on HVAC mechanical and electrical work.
My reports are thorough narrative and pictorial accounts of a property's condition at the time of inspection and I am always available to clarify a report item before or after the inspection. I inspect each house as if it were my own.

Bob was very thorough while he was doing our home inspection. He answered all our questions and sent us the report on the day of the inspection (it was Saturday). We would definitely recommend Bob to our friends and family!

Getting ready to settle, new to the area, didn't know anyone, didn't want to go with whomever my realtor recommended (knowing they always mark up for their cut plus they only could meet during the regular work day) decided to research on my own...Bob answered to my inquiry right away and was able to meet me in the evening. Bob delivered far beyond what I expected and his formal report has been highly respected by many of my friends, including my Realtor. He told me he will use him. So yes, absolutely working with Bob was wonderful!

Mr. Kenney is a professional. He's on time for the job, has a good eye in spotting problems, and has wonderful knowledge on current and past building codes . I've used his services twice and would highly recommend him to others .

Initially seemed professional and informed. However, after 18 days of knowing the area/address of my property, he waited six hours before our scheduled appointment to cancel and inform me that he doesn't operate in my area.
