I needed a house cleaner to do the final clean up before we listed our house for sale. We had to move out of town for work and ran out of time to do the cleaning ourselves. We had a random list like the freezer and the oven and the floors. They agreed to take care of everything we needed. They were flexible on the time and day and even offered to come sooner than scheduled. They let us know when the arrived and sent pictures when they were done.

Overall, the work was pretty good. There were some spots that didn't get cleaned, and it's possible that is a "deep clean" and not a standard clean. There was a language barrier when they arrived and some confusion on the scope (we only wanted bathrooms cleaned, but the employees kept asking if we wanted the whole house cleaned, or bedrooms, etc...)
