- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read monthly piano pedagogy journals and participate in local pedagogy workshops. Carroll County Music Teachers Association, of which I am currently President, also has quarterly workshops to aid in learning teaching techniques.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love music, and love teaching. I enjoy the science behind discovering a student's learning style and how to creatively adapt lessons to meet this need.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I am most proud of teaching students from the very beginning, who after 2 years of study, are ready for county wide competitions.
