⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Everlast Services LLC. From the very first phone call, they were professional, patient, and made sure I fully understood everything that was being explained. After dealing with temporary fixes from other companies, it was refreshing to finally work with someone who took the time to properly diagnose the issue instead of rushing through the job. They checked everything thoroughly—from the upstairs lines to the kitchen sink, utility sink, basement line, and main line. They were honest about what was going on, showed me the problems in real time, and explained the condition of my cast iron pipes and grease buildup clearly. The shower repair was done very professionally. They had to dig to access the pipes, but after the work was completed, the area looked as if they had never even opened the floor. The new pipes were installed, the water flow is strong, and everything is draining smoothly now. I also appreciated the honesty regarding another underground pipe issue on my property. Instead of giving me another temporary “quick fix,” they located the exact problem and explained what would eventually need to be repaired without pressure or scare tactics. Fair pricing, excellent communication, clean work, and true professionalism. I highly recommend Everlast Services LLC. ❤️

I originally hired Adelberto for a leak from my toilet. He came first thing in the morning, accurately diagnosed the issue, and offered an immediate solution. While working on the plumbing issue, he astutely alerted me to the smell of natural gas coming from my basement. I (and no one else) never noticed it before so it came as a surprise (didn’t help that I was out and sick with a cold). I called BGE who quickly sent a technician to check for a gas leak, and sure enough, he found it. I called Adelberto back and asked if he could fix the gas leak, and he showed up later that afternoon. He replaced the gas line and installed a gas valve behind the stove where one should have been in the first place. All in all, I was very impressed by how responsive he was, his attention to detail, and excellent quality of work. If he didn’t discover that gas leak, that could have turned into something disastrous, so I thank God I hired him and he found it. I will almost certainly hire him again.

Adalberto was great to work with. On time and didn’t leave until problem was fixed. Able to diagnose the problem. Drain was clogged and he was able to snake and complete work in a timely manner. He wouldn’t charge if his work didn’t satisfy the job request. Would definitely work with him again!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We pair competitive pricing with quality work and craftsmanship. We work with a $42 dispatch & diagnosis fee to go to your home and accurately diagnose the issue. This fee is auto-discounted should you decide to proceed with your plumbing repair/replacement while we are there. We offer free estimates for larger planned projects.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once we are at your home, we ask questions and gather as much information as we can, evaluate the issue, and run plumbing checks to accurately diagnose the cause and recommend a solution. If you agree to proceed with us, we get to work right away or schedule the project start date (for multi-day projects). You then receive an invoice containing descriptions of the work performed along with any pictures you may want to download and keep for your records.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

All types! We proudly service residential and commercial customers for all plumbing projects-- big or small.
