- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understanding what our customer is requesting. Do you want your windows to be cleaned interior, exterior, both? Do you want screens cleaned? Window tracks cleaned? Etc. We do our best to make sure we provide good, fast and reliable estimates for our clients.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working for a professional window filming company four years ago. I learned to professionally clean a window on commercial building before applying window film/tint. This made me expand my work personally to residential properties as well as now commercial.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Cheaper does not always mean better. We price our jobs fairly and as accurately as we can to assure full understanding of what will and should be completed before and during the project for our clients.
